Memories & Milestones, LLC does not charge any handling fees and prices are based on the USPS rates and packaging materials. As a courtesy to our customers, we do not inflate shipping prices for profit.

Free shipping

Items will ship STANDARD FIRST CLASS mail through the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE. Free shipping does not include delivery confirmation, tracking or any other special services. Most packages are delivered within 7-10 days across the country but there is no guarantee for this service.

Frames will ship PRIOIRTY mail through the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE. Free shipping does not include delivery confirmation, tracking or any other special services. Most packages are delivered within 2-5 days across the country but there is no guarantee for this service.

Priority Shipping

If you have selected priority shipping your package will ship PRIOIRTY mail through the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE. Priority shipping does not include delivery confirmation, tracking or any other special services. Most packages are delivered within 2-5 days across the country but there is no guarantee for this service.

Express Shipping

If you have selected express shipping your package will ship EXPRESS mail through the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE. Express shipping includes a tracking number and is guaranteed to arrive in 1-2 days across the country. Express mail does not equate to overnight service per se, the USPS is divided by zones which determine delivery times.

Canadian Shipping

A $3.00 surcharge is required for all Canadian Shipping. Items will ship STANDARD FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL mail through the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE. Free shipping does not include delivery confirmation, tracking or any other special services. Canadian Parcels are subject to customs and although most packages are delivered within 7-10 days some have taken up to 21 days. There is no guarantee for this service.

Canadian Priority

Items will ship PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL mail through the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE. The USPS offers no delivery confirmation, tracking or any other special services on international priority mail. Canadian Parcels are subject to customs and although most packages are delivered within 4-7 days some have taken up to 14 days. There is no guarantee for this service.
