If you have received a personalized item that has an error, or is unsatisfactory, please contact Memories & Milestones, LLC immediately so we can correct the mistake. If the error is our mistake we will correct the mistake immediately and ship within one business day at no charge to you. If the error is a result of wrong information that is sent to us we will gladly produce a new product after an order has been placed.

 

*Personalized items are engraved exactly as we receive the information; we do not edit, change or embellish any information.  To help eliminate errors phone orders will not be accepted. If you are uncomfortable exchanging credit card information via the computer the payment may be made by phone but a hard copy of the personalized information is required for engraving. Our blocks are milled and sanded by hand and will each be unique in grain, size and finish.  We strive to provide the best quality hard maple blocks we can possibly produce but ask that you understand nature's variations.  Imperfections and grain lines are common in hard woods and each block is unique. Please contact us if you have encountered a problem.
