Amazing Customer Service
Working with Erika to create these special ornaments was such a special collaboration. I sent several emails and she answered all my questions before I purchased the blocks. Since she provided free shipping, I sent the blocks directly to my daughter. I commented that I was disappointed that I would not see the blocks so she took pictures of all six sides without asking her to do so. The first set of images didn?t come through so she sent them again. I was very grateful that she made the effort to share her work with me.I think that this keepsake will be a special memory that will be cherished by the parents and the twins long after I am gone.
